Free shipping and offers
- Free shipping when your order total after discounts is €180 or more.
- 10% off all items when the value of the items in your cart, before this discount, is €200 or more. The 10% is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Because the 10% discount on a €200 order still leaves at least €180, orders that receive the 10% discount also ship free.
Shipping costs
For orders under €180 (after discounts), the shipping cost depends on your destination, the delivery method and the weight of your order. It is calculated and shown at checkout, before payment.
Delivery options and delivery times
The delivery options and estimated delivery times available for your country are shown at checkout, before payment.
- Greece: delivery to a BOX NOW parcel locker or home delivery by ACS.
- Cyprus: delivery to a BOX NOW parcel locker.
- Other destinations: home delivery.
We deliver within the time shown at checkout and in any case within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only for delivery addresses in Greece.
Risk of loss or damage
We are responsible for your parcel until you, or a person you have designated (other than the carrier), receive it. For parcel lockers, this is when the parcel is collected from the locker. If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know at info@awatara.gr, ideally with photos; this helps us with the carrier and does not limit your legal rights.
Deliveries outside the EU
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
